Exchanges or Refunds

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you wish to return any garments for refund or exchange please follow this procedure:

You can, at any time, within 7 days of receiving your order, return all or part of your order to us for a full refund if the garment/product is faulty. The garment/product must be returned unworn and in ‘as new’ condition with tags attached. Unfortunately no refund is given for change of mind or wrong size.

Firstly please notify us of the return via email sonja_noformula@yahoo.ca or phone 0466457234 (from outside Australia +61 466457234). Please carefully parcel up your return complete with the email confirmation and/or receipt that was included with your original order. This is important, if you do not enclose the returns slip we will not be able to process a refund or exchange as we will not be able to identify you.

Within Australia please obtain a ‘proof of posting registered mail’ receipt. You should keep your ‘proof of posting’ receipt in a safe place as we will not be responsible for returned items that are lost in the post unless you have this.

We regret that we are unable to offer free returns from outside Australia. A free return is only offered within Australia when a garment is faulty. Any returns for exchanges will be at the expense of the customer. An exchange must be done within 7 days of receiving the garment/product. You will not be charged if we re-despatch an exchange. An exchange may only happen once. No credits will be given.

Exchanges

No Formula will happily exchange, any purchase, given that the item/s are returned in the same unused, saleable condition with all tags attached within 7 working days and that the exchanged item in question is in stock. Return postage is at your expense and if you require a replacement item to be sent to you, we will charge you an additional postage fee (except where the goods were faulty or not as ordered). For returns we will credit via your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable
