I acknowledge and agree that the course fee are for a secure course position for me to undertake the chosen course. Course fee, being payment for the secure position, are payable even if I don’t complete the course.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% of the course fee that you have selected, is required to both enroll and to secure a position in the course selected, and must accompany this form. The course deposit cannot be refunded if you change your mind!
For the group courses, Minimum class numbers apply. In the case that minimum student numbers are not secured before your selected course date, your deposit will be refunded in full if that course is then cancelled or postponed.
Balance of the course fees are due 3 business working days before the start date of the course. Payment can be made by: Money order, Cash, or Online Transfer.
If you are unable to attend the course or change your mind, cancellations are accepted within 3 business working days. You will not be required to pay the balance on the course fee. If you have already paid the balance, it will be refunded to you, if you have given at least 3 business working days’ notice. If you give less than 3 business working days’ cancellation notice, your balance payment will not be refunded. Your minimum 50% deposit will not be refunded.
Students under the age of 18, must have a parent/guardian sign this enrollment form to be able to enroll in, and secure a position in the course.
The student agrees to conduct themselves in a professional and responsible manner at all times whilst on premises.
Sonja Maus reserves the right to terminate the student’s enrollment at any time for non-payment or late-payment, failure to comply with the course and with the building’s rules and regulations, or for conduct deemed inappropriate.
Consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited at the course venue, before, during or after courses. Refreshments, snacks, tea and coffee will be provided each week!
If the student is enrolling as part of a group, all group member’s non-refundable deposits must be received on one single enrollment form. Balances may be processed individually.
Group course start dates and times, are thus subject to change, depending on minimum student enrollments.
