Shipping Policy

General

Our shipping charges are based on standard Australia Post rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. All prices are in Australian dollars and include the Australian GST (tax).

Australian Customers

Australia Post delivers all shipments within Australia via Express Post so that packages can be tracked by No Formula.

International Customers

For all shipping outside of Australia No Formula  uses Australia Post’s standard Air Mail Service.

FREE shipping

For all sales over $375 shipping is FREE for both Australian and International customers.

Delivery Lead Times Australian and International Customers

If your order is in stock and fulfills all authorisation criteria, then all orders placed Monday – Friday before 2pm AEST will ship out the same business day. All other orders will be shipped out on the following business day, given the item is in stock. However, during busy periods such as new range release this may take longer due to the large amounts of orders received. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified by email and we may offer to backorder the item, if an item is sold out and is not available for reorder you will not be charged for it and we will inform you via email. Disclaimer – No Formula does not ship or deliver on Australian public holidays & weekends.

Australian Customers

Australia Post’s Express Post service guarantees delivery to most metropolitan areas within Australia on the next working day, but during busy periods allow up to 5 working days. Delivery to some regional areas may also take longer. We ONLY use Australia Post for all our shipping within Australia.

International Customers

International items are sent via registered post.  We don’t accept responsibility for any item(s) that may go missing whilst in transit to the customer.  We do our very best to ensure that the item(s) will arrive safely and each parcel is given an identification number so the parcel can be tracked if need be.  All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include the Australian GST (tax). When you proceed to the checkout the 10% GST component will be removed . These prices do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that may be incurred. Shipping times will vary depending on what country you are ordering from. Most deliveries sent by Standard Air Mail should arrive within 5 -15 working days of your order being processed, given the item is in stock. Please allow extra time for deliveries to PO Boxes, Military addresses and during peak times such as Christmas. International Express Post – Please allow between 3 and 7 days working days from when your order is processed for delivery, please allow a few more days for regional areas, PO Boxes and Military addresses, and during peak times such as Christmas. Disclaimer – We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavor to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products. No Formula can NOT take any responsibility for deliveries hindered by circumstances out of their control, such as weather, natural disasters or strikes.
